Our chef, Daniela Torres, is a passionate entrepreneur. Born in Portugal, where she gained most of her knowledge of food. She also lived in countries like Andorra, France and Switzerland, where she developed her skills.

Very creative and eager to improve and explore new techniques, Daniela is always looking for ways to improve and create excellence in every product she bakes. Very customer service oriented, she is always delighted to meet clients’ needs.
