Do you sell directly to the public?

We are a wholesale bakery; however, the general public can purchase our products through our online shop.

Alternatively, you can purchase our products from participating grocery shops.

I am not a business. Can I still order for a party or special event?

We can supply for parties and special events. The service is subject to a minimum quantity. Please contact us for more information.

What are the delivery costs?

Within the Sydney Metro area and for purchases above $100, delivery is free. For purchases under $100, a $15 fee will apply.

For all other purchases, delivery fees apply. Please contact us for more information.

Alternatively, you can also pick up at our premises.

Is there a pick up service?

Yes. You can pick up your orders from our premises at 20 Princes Highway, Sylvania.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We can deliver on Saturdays, for special events only, Terms & Conditions apply.

We are closed on Sunday.

What are the payment terms

Payments are made through bank transfer. The bank details will be provided in the invoice.

For first-time clients, a 50% deposit is charged and must be paid upon Quote approval, and the remainder must be paid upon delivery.

For existing clients, a 7-day payment credit application is available. Subject to approval. Terms & Conditions apply.

Do you deliver interstate?

Yes, we do deliver interstate. Interstate deliveries is done by pallet only and the pallets must be transported in a freezer truck. Delivery fees apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
